Overview

SiC raw materials have a wide range of applications in aerospace parts. Haite company's products cover material applications such as lightweight parts, high temperature resistant parts, heat insulation, and wave absorbing.

Application

(1) SiC nano-sized powders products as the reinforcement for toughening and strengthening improvement in carbon fiber reinforced resin or ceramic-based materials.

The products developed by Haite company are added to carbon fiber-reinforced resin or ceramic-based materials, which can greatly shorten the processing time of such products. At the same time, the composites can have a sharply enhanced toughness and strength.

(2) High-speed silicon carbide sealing ring.

the best seal rings can achieve a highest global speed of 160 m/s. Haite company has achieved technological breakthroughs. At present, the speed of the sealing rings produced by using Haite company’s materials can reach a speed  as high as 200m/s, and it has been used in batches.

(3) Silicon carbide thermally conductive parts with high thermal conductivity

Most of reported silicon carbide produces have a thermal conductivity lowering160 W/mK. But, Haite company’s SiC powders can achieve the thermal conductivity being 200 W/mK.
